Zulfikar Ali
Founder & CEO
Zulfikar has twelve years of fortune 500 IT software development and management experience. He has worked in large scale enterprise level software implementations for a major financial corporation. With his entrepreneurial spirit and strong IT industry experience, he founded NOCHALLENGE in 2006. Zulfikar finished his bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and he earned his MS in Software Systems from University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Zulfikar enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies and blogging. He lives in Savage, MN with his wife Beki and their two dogs and two cats.
Mohammad Ali
Chief Operating Officer
Mohammad is in charge of our Dhaka, Bangladesh software delivery center. He is a veteran in running a smooth operation. With his eighteen years of military experience, he has learned a great deal of how to work in a fast paced and stressful environment as well as how to be highly precise and efficient in delivery. He earned his BA and MBA from Bangladesh Military Academy and Management Institute. Mohammad lives with his family in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Rebecca Ali
Business Development - USA
Beki is responsible for our business growth. She is responsible for NOCHALLENGE expansion in the U.S. A passionate animal lover, she brings passion to the software business. Beki earned her Marketing Communications undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and an associate degree in Graphic Design from Century Community College, St Paul, MN. When Beki is not thinking about how to grow NOCHALLENGE, she enjoys photography, traveling, reading and volunteering. She resides in Savage, MN with her husband CEO Zulfikar Ali and their two dogs and two cats.
Apon Khan
Business Development – Asia
Apon is responsible for our international business expansion. He is currently working on NOCHALLENGE growth in South East Asian market to promote our products. Apon earned his MBA from Dhaka International University. He is a native of Dhaka and currently residing in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Paul Nil
Software Development Manager
Paul is our development manager. He is responsible for timely delivery of our projects, as well as making sure that product we deliver exceeds our client’s expectations. Paul earned his masters degree from University of Pune, Madras, India. He has worked in several reputable software firms in India. Paul is based out of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
